In accommodation for people who experience distress and present challenges we also support a range of safety features to enable independence and quality of life.

Our Housing Team finds, provides and maintains good homes for the people who need support. We act as landlord for many people supported by health and social care providers including those with learning and physical disabilities, autism, brain injuries, mental health issues.

All properties we source have essential features that meet or exceed the Decent Homes Standard including:

• spacious bedrooms

• quality living areas

• double or triple-gazed lockable windows

• modern fully-equipped kitchens

• broadband and television connectivity

• adjacent or nearby parking for residents, visitors and staff

• outside space and natural light

• secure access

• a good level of insulation. 

Our Housing Team works with tenants to keep tenancies in good shape, to adapt people’s homes in line with their changing needs and reduce the risk of housing breakdown.

Tenants have high levels of choice and control over their homes, including a matching service.

We provide easy-read documents and face-to-face support to make sure tenants fully understand their contracts.

Our Housing Team can handle a wide range of different situations and challenges and provide housing management and/or maintenance at all levels from changing lightbulbs to housing adaptations.
